Read the studio’s cancellation policy
Studio experiences and events (booking seats)
• Your seats are reserved when you pay. We hold them for 15 minutes while you check out.
• Changed your mind? Cancel within 24 hours of booking, as long as the session is more than 7 days away, for a full refund.
• More than 48 hours before your session: move to another date for free, or take a studio credit for the full amount. Credits don't expire, and a small leftover balance is paid out in cash on request.
• Less than 48 hours before: no refund or credit, because we've prepared your materials and turned other guests away. You can send someone in your place; just tell us their name.
• Feeling unwell? Tell us before your session starts and we'll turn it into a credit, once per guest per year.
• No-shows aren't refunded or credited.
• Running late? We start on time and can't extend the session; arrive 15 minutes early.
• If we cancel or change your session, you choose: a full refund or a new date.
Birthday parties and team events (private packages)
• A $150 deposit holds your date and room. It comes off your final bill. It covers what we commit when we hold your date: the room, a host on the schedule and materials prepared for your group.
• Final headcount is due 7 days before. We charge the balance on that number, with a minimum of 10. Guests who don't come on the day are still counted.
• 14 or more days before: move your date once for free, or keep the deposit as a credit.
• 3 to 13 days before: your deposit becomes a credit toward a new date.
• Less than 3 days before: the deposit is kept.
• If we have to cancel, you get a full refund.
Camps and multi-week programs
• 7 or more days before camp starts: full credit, or switch the spot to a sibling.
• Less than 7 days before: no refund, but you can transfer the spot to another child.
• Missed camp days or classes aren't refunded or made up.
Take-home pieces and custom work
• Finished artwork, resin pieces and personalised items are made for you, so they can't be returned or refunded.
• Pieces left at the studio more than 30 days after they're ready may be discarded. We can't refund or credit pieces that aren't collected.
Gift cards and credits
• Gift cards and studio credits never expire.
• Gift cards can't be refunded, but a balance under $15 is paid out in cash on request (California Civil Code §1749.5).
Studio safety
• We may ask a guest who doesn't follow the studio's safety instructions to leave. A session ended that way isn't refunded or credited.
Your rights
• Nothing in this policy limits your rights under California law. If something goes wrong because of our mistake, we'll make it right.
